I am Simon Mensger. Currently, I am studying a double degree in fine arts and arts and culture studies in Rotterdam. My artistic and scientific research is focused on the topic of inclusivity of culture. Through playing with classical notions of high art I am experimenting with new approaches that are focused on accessibility and interactivity.
I take on different roles:
I am an artist , exploring different aesthetics with the goal of expanding existing styles to broader audiences.
I am a space provider through creating space for interaction and exchange.
I am an organizer, giving others the space and resources which they need to realize their ideas.
